Letting fees information

All applicants over the age of 18 must be referenced if they wish to reside at the property during the tenancy

1. AT THE POINT OF OFFER ACCEPTANCE:

• Application Fee for up to 2 separate applicants: £285.00
• An additional fee per tenant will be charged by and payable to UK Tenant Data for the Government Immigration Check brought into force in February 2016 as part of the Right to Rent regulations - £14.40
• Additional tenant fee if over 2 - ££65.00
• Guarantor Fee per guarantor where required - £65.00

These fees above are non-refundable

2. FOLLOWING COMMENCEMENT OF THE TENANCY:

• Tenancy Renewal Fee - £60.00
• Future Landlord Reference - ££36.00
• Out of Hours attendance/service - £36.00 per hour
• Late Payment of Rent Charge - £18.00 per late payment
• Cleaning costs at tenancy termination - £30.00 per hour
• Early Termination/Deed of Surrender/Re-let costs - To a maximum of £240.00
• Change of Tenant during the tenancy and only with approval - £150.00

FEES IN RELATION TO PAYMENT OF FUNDS

We cannot accept cash payments due to bank handling charges

We do not accept credit card payments due to bank service charges

We only accept debit card payments for the initial application fee and those payments listed in section 2 above.

Initial rent and deposit money must be made by way of bank transfer
