This is more suited to experienced landlords and the service includes the initial marketing, referencing and tenant move-in, and, if required, deposit protection for the duration of the tenancy.

In addition to our standard medium to long term lets, we also supply short term serviced executive lets in the City centre to a client base that includes Toyota, Siemens, Airbus and Essar. We only work with regular professional clients, dealing directly with the companies, and through a select group of long established booking agencies.
